Course Objectives This course is aimed to teach students the mechanical and physiological effects of different mobilization and manipulation techniques, appropriate evaluation methods, indications, contraindications, and application techniques.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Explain the special manual therapy concepts used in the World;
  • Explain the basic theories of reflex, mechanical, physiological and clinical manual techniques;
  • Apply advanced manual techniques in musculoskeletal problems in the extremities;
  • List the indications and contraindications of advanced manual techniques;
  • Apply advanced manual techniques to the spine.
Course Description This course covers the mechanical and physiological effects of different mobilization and manipulation techniques, appropriate evaluation methods, indications, contraindications, and application techniques.
